How to make the player unresponsive (fixed dimensions)

After adding a video to a page, click on Advanced options in the block settings. You will now see a toggles for ControlsPlay inline, and Responsive. Toggle the switch next to Responsive. The player will now maintain your specified height and width no matter what changes are made to the size of the browser window.
