Manage your plan or billing

You can do a few things yourself in the Swarmify Dashboard → Billing. Everything else must be completed by our team—just open a support ticket.

What you can do yourself (Dashboard → Billing)

  • Edit billing info: first name, last name, credit card details, billing address

  • View invoice history

  • View your account balance

Changes we handle via support

  • Plan: switch between Startup, Growth, and Pro

  • Billing cycle: Monthly ↔ Annual

  • Effective date: immediate change or at next renewal

  • Account updates: company name and tax/VAT details

  • Cancellation: immediate or at renewal

What to include in your request

  • Account email (the one used to sign in)

  • Current plan and desired plan (e.g., Growth → Pro)

  • Billing cycle preference (monthly or annual)

  • When you’d like it to take effect (immediate or at next renewal)

  • Any other notes (e.g., invoice requirements, VAT updates, PO #)
